Wayne L. Click
Wayne Leonard Click, 38, of Frederick County, Virginia died Wednesday, July 1, 2015, in Winchester.
Mr. Click was born in 1977 in Alexandria, Virginia. He was a graduate of Sherando High School, Class of 1996. Mr. Click was a Veteran, having served in the United States Army. He was a self-employed Fiber Optics Technician. Wayne was also an avid outdoorsman. His passion was hunting and fishing on the farm where he grew up in White Post, Virginia. He made sure that anyone who expressed a similar interest was invited to the farm to learn how to shoot a bow or bait a hook! Wayne also enjoyed watching professional football, faithfully cheering for the Denver Broncos. He will be forever remembered for his love of his family, especially his children. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Wayne is survived by his parents Robert (Danny) and Wendy Leonard of Winchester and Rosalie Brewster of Woodbridge, VA; wife, Stephanie, son, Brayden Hunter Click and step-daughter, Haley Marie Adams all of Winchester; three sisters, Christina Moser and husband, Perry, of Enola, Pennsylvania, Billie Jo Kenner and husband, Wally, Edna Smith and husband, Mike, all of Woodbridge, Virginia. There are also many extended family members and close friends who will miss him.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
A Memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Pastor Timothy L. DeLaughter officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
