Thomas R. Hart, 80, of Winchester, Virginia, died on January 29, 2016, at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center in West Virginia.

Mr. Hart was born in 1935, in Frederick County, Virginia, the son of the late George and Betty Hart. He was a veteran having served the Air Force, during the Korean Conflict. He was a carpenter and for pleasure he also enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Mr. Hart married Ellen M. (Hulver) Hart, on November 27, 1959, in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Surviving with his wife are his son, Thomas A. Hart (Tammi); grandaughter, Krystal L. Schiro (Daniel T. Schiro); his sister, Dorothy Hart; and his brother, John Hart (Sharon).

Mr. Hart was preceded in death by his two sisters, Mary Lou Hart and Jane Hart; and his four brothers, Robert “Bobby” Hart, William “Bill” Hart, Frances “Bud” Hart, and Kenneth Hart.

The family will receive friends on February 5, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Omps South Chapel. All other services are private.
