Terry Lee Crouse, 48 of Cross Junction, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.

Terry was born in 1977 in Winchester, VA, the son of Freddie and Suzanne Crouse. He loved riding his motorcycle in years past and now enjoys riding his trike. Terry enjoyed being outside, going to the river and camping and caring for his yard and decorating it. He also enjoyed socializing at bars and dancing and listening to country music. Terry was a Redskins fan. Most of all, Terry loved spending time with his wife Donna and his family, friends and neighbors.

He married Donna Kay Sunderlin on June 17, 2000, at Timber Ridge Church in Cross Junction.

Terry is survived by his wife, Donna; daughters, Amber M. Crouse of Cross Junction, Lisa Puffenberger of Winchester, VA; son, Jacob Junior Puffenberger, IV of Cross Junction, VA; grandchildren, Robert Hudson, Olivia Arnold, one little girl on the way, Cassidy Miller, Clayton Miller, Preston Miller, and Ava Miller; brothers, Freddie Allen Crouse of Cross Junction, VA; and grand-pup, Shy Baby.

A visitation will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 5pm to 7pm with a service conducted at 7pm, all held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
