Gee. Just heard about Sue this morning from Bonnie. What a year: losing Ann Wilson and Anne Long, too, from our old bridge club!!! WHAT A WONDRFUL FRIEND SUE WAS--from bridge days, piano lessons with her children, chatting about Presbyterians, etc. She always wanted to know my latest news--after we left FR in '83. I played harp for her a few years back. A WONDERFUL PERSON!! lOVE TO THE FAMILY.. VIRGINIA BETHUNE

Mrs lee grabbed ahold of my heart the day I got the privilege to meet her and take care of her, she always had a smile on her face and loved to crack jokes, I could sit for hours and talk to her she was so sweet I got the privilege to meet her daughter caroline which takes right after her mother with sweetness .. even though I do not get to see mrs lee right now I know for sure I'll see her one day And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away.”

Deepest Sympathy to all the family of Sue. She was a special lady, friendly and pleasant and she had a caring heart for others. I'm sure all of you have wonderful memories of time spent with her that will bring you comfort and maybe a bit of laughter during your times of sadness that you will feel without her. I never spent much time with her but remember her from High School.

So many wonderful memories of my godmother. We always drove over to White Post on Christmas Day and Sue was always the first out the door to greet us with her infectious smiles and big huge hugs. Caroline, Betsy, Susan, Ed and families; big condolences on your loss. What a life well lived. Much love, Katie
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. I enjoyed many conversations with Ms. Sue at the post office through the years. I have thought of her many times since she left White Post and I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I will continue to carry thoughts of her in my heart. Peace be with each of you. Jana Monroe

I've known Sue my entire life since she was part of my grandparents' lives for so many years (Stephen and Mildred Boyd). My grandfather escorted Sue down the aisle on the day she was married. This photo was taken after the wedding at the reception. My grandparents viewed her as their adopted daughter and loved her unconditionally. Sue and I stayed connected for many years when I was a child, and then again after I was married. In recent years I had two wonderful visits with Sue where we laughed and shared lots of shared memories. May your hearts be filled with happy memories - because you know that was what she would want. And may God's love bring you peace, comfort and healing. We will all miss this amazing woman.
