Sharon Marie Rosenberger, 76 of Strasburg, Va, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at INOVA Fairfax.

Sharon was born in 1948 in Waltham, MA, the daughter of the late Leonard Malcom Smith and Claire Bernice Pratt. She loved reading, cooking, baking, going to the casino and playing BINGO. During time spent in California she was a soldier in the Salvation Army.

She is survived by her children, Candie Rosenberger (Paul “Byron” Wine), Sarah Karrie Anne Rosenberger, Robert “Robbie” Rosenberger (Debbie “Nikki”), David Rosenberger, Sr. (Jackie) and Ralph “Ralphie” Rosenberger (Sarah); 36 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Carr (Scott) and brothers, Nelson Eugene Smith (the late Jenny) and Stephen “Stevie” Wayne Smith (Marie).

Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Joseph Rosenberger; son, Joseph Wayne Rosenberger; 4 grandchildren and brothers, Leonard “Lenny” Malcom Smith (the late Mary) and Eugene Malcom Smith.

A memorial service may be held for Sharon at a later date.
