Ruth A. Fishel, 83 of Winchester VA, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center.

Ruth was born in Winchester in 1942 the daughter of the late Charles and Josephine Fishel. She was a member of Little Mountain United Methodist Church.

Ruth is survived by her brothers, Garvin Fishel and his wife Patty and Mark Fishel.

In addition to her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her brothers, Roger and Billy Fishel.

A graveside service will be held for Ruth on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 11am in Mount Hebron Cemetery.
