Russell Lee Wilkins. Jr., passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024, at Winchester Medical center. Russell was born in 1942 in Winchester, VA, the son of the late Russell Lee Wilkins, Sr. and Mary (Baker) Wilkins. He retired from Kingspan as a shipping and receiving operator. I met. RUSSELL, JR & his brothers. thru his father when I was a teenager. My father, Robert. Wilt used to go to car auctions together & hang around together. When my father died, Mr. Wilkins Sr did my car repairs. Where I went to high school, & I had my drivers license, when I left that parking lot, exiting up the hill, there was a big hole between ground & cement sidewalk & my muffler would hit, Mr Wilkins Sr had to put rivots on my muffler to keep it attached to my car. Condolences to all of the family from my mother & myself. Wilt. Was my maiden name.
