My dear "Foxy Roxy"... I will miss you my friend. Thank you for being so kind and sympathetic to me when I found out I had cancer. You put your feelings aside to encourage me and I'm so grateful to God that I had the opportunity to let you know how much that meant to me. We talked, laughed and cried together about many things in my time at Midwesco. Thanks for your "drop by" visits. They helped me more than you know. I love you Rox.... my heart is saddened by your passing but I know you are resting now my dear ... no more pain. Jack and family, my prayers are with you all. I know you loved Rox very much. You are the best husband I have every seen. You took such wonderful care of Rox and I pray that brings you some comfort in this difficult time. I pray God's peace to be upon you all always.

Roxie was a mother figure to all her knew her, teaching us about the importance of faith, family, love, and strength. She led by example in all she did. She was a beautiful person inside and out and we are better people for having known her. She will be very deeply missed but will remain forever in our hearts. Candy Mitchell

Roxie was the most genuine and sweetest person anyone could have ever met. I had the priviledge of working side by side with Roxie at Midwesco. Although our time together was short my heart is left with a huge hole. I love you Roxie Bell, may you fly with God's angels and flowers grow in your name. ~ Christina Corder

Roxie was so strong and so brave in the way she handled her health problems - I never once heard her complain even though the pain was apparent. And when the she was diagnosed with cancer, that same strong person came through. I marveled at the way she handled the card that she was dealt. She was a beautiful and loving person and a good friend. She is missed already . . .
