My condolences to the family for the loss of a loved family member and friend. I did not know Ronda as well as I would have liked, but she was a lovely presence at work. I had one meaningful interaction with her where I needed to seek her guidance on a rather personal matter. She listened to me with an open heart and just let me cry. She offered full acceptance and a lack of judgment. This interaction has stayed with me the entire time I've been at our company because for that one moment, in my own realm of sadness and feeling of dread, she cared. I'm sorry to hear of the loss of Ronda. She was a beautiful personality and a warm presence that will be missed.
