Robert Landon Carter, 49, of Stephens City, VA, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at UVA Hospital in Charlottesville.

Landon was born in 1976 in Warrenton, VA, the son of Randolph “Scott” S.E. Carter and Julia “Judi” Long Carter. He was a graduate of Fauquier High School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Radford University. Landon worked as a software engineer.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer, whom he married in 2018, and his brothers, Randolph “Randy” S.H. Carter and John M Carter (Brandi).
Services for Landon will be private.
