Thank you for the wonderful biblical based life you lived. There were many days where real life stories and advice of Selena’s Granddaddy got me through. Thank you for touching my life.

The word of God tells us that we need to thank those who have been an inspiration to us and has taught us about the things of God. I thank God for this man. For his ministry. He was my Pastor for several years when I first got saved. He was an encouragement to me many times. He taught me how to put my trust in God. He was a giving and caring person. Many times he gave me his clothes to wear so I would ha e clothes to wear to church. He went above and beyond being a pastor. I’ve seen this man pray for people. I’ve seen them get saved and healed under his ministry. One fond memory I have of him is the time I road behind him on his motorcycle. I didn’t know if I was going to make it or not. I didn’t k ow a preacher could ride a motorcycle so fast. I thank God for this mans life. He mentioned a lot to me. He was my pastor and my friend. There is so much more that I could share but not enough time to tell all. He will always be in my memory and I still think on the thinks you have taught me in your ministry. Love your brother in Christ Fred Williams
David Rowland left a message on January 4, 2021:
My father came to accept Jesus Christ as his Savior under Pastor Foster in 1972 at First Assembly of God in Lynchburg, VA. He was a great influence on me, not only as a child, but as a Pastor in my own church I have seen a lot of my ministry patterned after him. I will surly miss him but I know he's rejoicing in Heaven.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

I am so very, very sorry to hear of Brother Foster's death. I have often thought of you both so many times. I have so many fond memories of our church days and get-togethers. Donald died from the results of a stroke in 2012, brother Dave & sister Doris Meade have both passed. I know your strength in the Lord will get you through this. May the Lord bless you and keep you safe in his loving arms. I am praying for strength for you. Lovingly, Debbie
