Pauline I. Davis DeHaven, 93, of Winchester, VA passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Evergreen Health & Rehabilitation.

Polly was born in 1928 in Nain, VA to the late Joseph Nathaniel, Sr. and Flora Davis. She was a homemaker and attended Faith Revival Church. Polly volunteered at the Gainesboro Volunteer Fire Department where she received the Davis Award, cheered for Dale Earnhardt, and loved cooking for her family. She loved and adored her grandchildren and loved helping take care of them.

She is survived by her sons, Jerry P. DeHaven, Sr. of Winchester, VA, Terry N. DeHaven, Sr. (Teresa) of Winchester, VA, and Ray DeHaven, Jr. of Winchester, VA; sister, Viola Palmer of Winchester, VA; brother, Willian Davis (Ginny) of Shockeysville, VA; 17 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren, 20 great great grandchildren, and three great great great grandchildren.

Polly is preceded in death by daughters, Barbara Jenkins and Sherrie Paulette DeHaven; son, Richard DeHaven; sister, Esther Fore; brothers, Robert Davis, Sr. and Joseph Davis, Jr., and the father of her children, Ray Lee DeHaven, Sr.

A visitation will be Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 6pm to 8pm with a funeral service the following day, Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 10:30am all held at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel. Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park. Officiating will be Pastor Gary Palmer.
