Pansy B. Estep
Pansy Mae Butler Estep, 98, of Clear Brook, Virginia, died Monday, November 12, 2012, in Winchester Medical Center.
Mrs. Estep was born in 1914, in Frederick County, Virginia, the daughter of the late Kurtz W. and Nora Butler. She was the Floor Supervisor at National Fruit from 1931-1979 retiring after 48 years of service.
Mrs. Estep was a member of Hopewell Centre Friends Meeting. She was a lifetime member of the Clear Brook Fire and Rescue Auxiliary, a lifetime member of the Northern Virginia State Firefighters Association Ladies Auxiliary as well as the Old Stone Church Memorial Association.
Surviving are four nieces, one nephew and numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband Doug, three brothers, Boyd, Fair and Leonard and sister, Naomi.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday afternoon, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday, in Old Stone Church Cemetery, Frederick County, Virginia, with Jim Riley of Hopewell Centre Friends Meeting Officiating.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Brad DuBrueler, Ed Loy, Tommy Price, Norman Anderson, Murrell Renner, William Cline, Bud Russell, Jim Riley, L.H. Lipscomb and Diehl Wilson.
