Dear Ritter Family, and Dorseys and Bashams, I am so heartbroken for you that your Dear O is gone from view. We were neighbors and friends on Greenfield, and though I hadn't seen him in awhile, I really loved this world much better with him in it. His pearls of wisdom, his kindness, his humility, and especially his love for his family are how I remember him most. And that huge smile, which could literally light up a room. I'm sorry I missed the services, I just found out this sad news a few minutes ago. He was a really amazing soul; almost seemed too huge for his own heart and for this small world. Turned out to be so, I guess. The older I get, the greater the cast of heavenly angels I know are waiting. There's a lot of bass and ink in the new choirs, I imagine, but there's room for everyone, and I want to go. Just not yet. But I'll see you there, O. Until then, watch over all of us that love you and miss you. Please, Family: Reach out if there is anything we can try to help with. I have some old pictures I can find and send someone, please email me. Love, Jenni & Garland LaRue

We talked about deep stuff that makes a bond between two people. I'm a only child but I felt I had a brother from that day on. His energy and carisma shined so bright threw him and his surroundings.
