Norma Keeler Duvall, 81 of Winchester, VA, passed away peacefully with her family at her bedside on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center. Norma was born on June 5, 1943 in Winchester, VA. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Thelma Keeler. Norma was a graduate of James Wood High School.Continue Reading
