Norma Keeler Duvall, 81 of Winchester, VA, passed away peacefully with her family at her bedside on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.
Norma was born on June 5, 1943 in Winchester, VA. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Thelma Keeler. Norma was a graduate of James Wood High School. She worked as a banker/bookkeeper for Middletown Bank, F&M Bank, BB&T Bank. She worked for her husband’s business, Perfection Turkey Calls. Norma belonged to the Methodist Women and Burnt Factory Church Choir. She loved cooking, baking and shopping. Norma was a sports enthusiast who loved going to the Winchester Royals Baseball games, supporting Sherando High School sports, and watching the Washington Nationals play. Above all else, Norma loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She married Thomas S. Duvall on August 7, 1965, at Cedar Creek Presbyterian Church in Middletown, VA.
Norma is survived by her husband, Thomas, daughter, Kate Ferraiuolo (Chris), son, Tim Duvall, grandchildren, Abigail Slykhuis (Chris), Drew Wann, Sarah Mayefskie (Sean), Jack Duvall (Faith Thomas), brother, Richard Keeler (Carolyn), Ronald Keeler (Diane), Steve Keeler, great-granddaughter, Addison Mayefskie and her loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.
A visitation will be held for Norma on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 6pm to 8pm with a service to be conducted on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 11am, all held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel. Interment will be in Mount Hebron Cemetery. Rev. Steve Melester will officiate.
