Mildred Frances Farmer, 74, of Clearbrook Virginia, died Thursday, November 6, 2009, at 11:59 PM, in her home.

Mrs. Farmer was born in 1935, the youngest of twelve children, to the late Russell David and Lilly Ethel Whitmer.

Surviving are her children, Norma J. Snow of Inwood, West Virginia, Robert A. Farmer Jr. of Winchester, Virginia, William C. Farmer of Gainesboro, Virginia, Carolyn R. Hildebrand of Clearbrook, Virginia, James E. Farmer of Falling Waters, West Virginia and Richard D. Farmer of Clearbrook, Virginia. Also surviving are three grandsons, five granddaughters; one great grandson and one great granddaughter; one sister, Annie “Peggy” Wright and one brother, Cletus I. Whitmer.

A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 16, 2009 at Woodbine Assembly of God Church in Clearbook, Virginia.
