I met Scotty while working hurricane duty in Puerto Rico 15 years ago. My main memories of him are that he had a big heart, a sense of adventure, a wild streak, and a huge love for his daughter. My deepest condolences to his family during this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
