I would like to express my sincere condolences to the entire Huehn family on the passing of Mary. Although I never had the opportunity to meet Mary personally, I have heard many stories about her remarkable life and achievements. I am sure she was a source of inspiration and joy for everyone who knew her, and she will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace. Sincerely, Nancy Silva

Mary Huehn (and Bill) were an inspiration to all of us through their leadership and participation in our Scripture Study group.  She added to our conversations, discussions, and participated in our annual holiday dinners, and volunteer work like coffee & donuts, and the Parish picnics as well as reaching out to those in need.   The year that our group dedicated to studies of St. Paul’s scripture writings, was a welcome suggestion by Mary Huehn.  Pope Benedict XVI declared a year dedicated to St. Paul, beginning on June 28, 2008, the eve of the feast of Sts. Peter and Paul, and continuing through June 29, 2009.  Bill and Mary Huehn were a pair that enriched our lives and studies of Scripture and our love of God. May the soul of Mary Catherine Huehn, and the souls of all of the Faithful departed, through the Mercy of God, Rest In Peace. We were blessed to have known such a warm, caring, and lovely person. We will always remember her genuine smile. May God welcome Mary into the fullness of life, peace, and joy in his kingdom.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Dear Bill and Family, what a light Mary was and how proud God must be with her. I have been a parishioner of Sacred Heart for 30 years and have observed Mary from afar for these years. She was one of the "ladies of the church" that we so appreciated. I believe she used to be a lecture and I LOVED her voice. My twin daughters worked at Westminster for 3+ years during high school and then some. They loved Mary and Bill. I remember them pointing her out in church and telling me how beautiful the two of them were together and how devoted Bill was to her. I made a point one day to stop Mary and Bill after Mass to tell them this...Well done, faithful servant! God Bless you Heun Family! Love, Michele Sunderlin
