Marguerite “Peggy” Cullen, 87, of Parsonsburg, Maryland, formerly of Winchester, Virginia, died Sunday, April 20, 2014, in a nursing facility in Maryland. She is preceded in death by her husband, John James Cullen. Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
