I met Margery and Paul at a "pig roast" that was hosted by the men's barbershop chorus--Apple Capital Chorus. I was wearing my Sweet Adeline T-shirt, and trying to sing with the men. Margery was so excited that there was a women's group, that she joined our chorus and brought 2 friends with her. She has been a positive, caring, fun loving member. We will miss her terribly!

I first met Margery at a banquet for the GOLF group. I thought what a sweet lady and a wonderful accent. She was always impressed with my ability to remember her birthday. I told her that the birthdays of special people were easy to remember. I will truly miss her lovely smile. I am a better person because of knowing Margery!

Margery sang in Sweet Adelines with me, and a sweeter lady I have never met! She was always positive and upbeat, and I can honestly say I don't think I ever heard her say a negative thing about anyone (a pretty awesome feat when you are talking about a chorus of all women!)--She was such a wonderful addition to out chorus--I know everyone in the chorus will miss her terribly!
