Margaret Ann Blackburn, 77 of Winchester, VA, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late William and Ruth Williams. She was a graduate of Loudoun County High School. Margaret retired in 2016 after 42 years as a school bus driver for Clarke and Loudoun County Schools and was also owner/operator of her own cleaning service. She loved going to the beach and being by the water. Margaret also enjoyed going fishing with her husband, playing Yahtzee, and doing crossword puzzles. Margaret had a love for all animals and wildlife. Above all else, Margaret loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Cecil whom she married on November 6, 1967; daughters, Dana Blackburn King (Daniel), Vanessa Ann Campbell; grandchildren, Michael Phillip Rosalez (Ashley), Sean James Campbell (Sarah), and Ashley Nicole Griffin (Jeff); great-granddaughters, Scarlett Moore Rosalez and Emilia Paige Griffin and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Along with her parents, Margaret is preceded in death by her sisters, Peggy and Callie Lanham.
A visitation will be held for Margaret on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 2pm with a service to follow at 3pm held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
