Madge F. Shelly, 93 of Winchester, VA, passed away peacefully with her loving family on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at her home.

Madge was born in 1932 in Winchester, the daughter of the late John and Blanch Feltner. She was a member of Old Bethel Methodist Church and has recently attended Round Hill Church.

She married John Eston Shelly Jr., and they were married for over 60 years. He preceded her in death in 2007.

Madge is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Foster (Randy), sons, John Shelly, Jr. (Delphia), Kevin Shelly (Summer); 2 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren, sisters, Linda Pugh (Bobby), Sharon Shores (the late William), Dorothy Loy (Larry) and brothers, Roger Feltner (the late Phyllis), Alfred Feltner (Mary) and Gary Feltner (Rosezella).

In addition to her parents and husband, Madge is preceded in death by her brothers, Bruce, Jack, Herbert, and Doug Feltner and son-in-law, Terry Foster.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 4pm to 6pm with a service the following day, Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 11am all held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.

Interment will be in Mount Olive Cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Doug Rinker and speaking will be Roy Riley.
