Our heartfelt condolences to the Lacy family. As years go by we remember shared times of life: mutual friends from South Boston, sons in the same class at Handley, daughters getting together, enjoyment of Sea Pines, Hilton Head, and life in Winchester. Wishing you comfort and peace.
Emmy Kizer left a message on December 31, 2022:
Louis and I graduated from Halifax County High School in 1957 and had several classes together, sat together, and got in a little trouble together. I thought highly of him, but had not seen him since our last reunion. I can't tell you how sad I am at his passing. He will be greatly missed by so many. I wish I could meet all his children and grandchildren. My sincere condolences to all of you, but how lucky you were to have him!
