Bill and Barbara Kaplin left a message on April 25, 2016:
Our sincere condolences to Lou's family and friends. We were honored to be amount Lou's many friends at Orchard Ridge. He and Bill had a special bond in part because we were both attorneys, but more so because Lou graduated from the same law school where Bill was on the law faculty about 20 years later - - the Catholic University of America. Also, Lou had family living only a few miles from where we had lived before moving to Orchard Ridge. We'll be thinking of Lou every time anyone suggests going out for a burger and a beer.
Ken and Mary Ann Moulton left a message on April 12, 2016:
We were saddened to learn of Lou's sudden passing. Although we knew him for a brief time, like others here at Orchard Ridge, we felt blessed by his kindness and friendship. We will miss him.
