I first met your mother when both of us were in second grade at Virginia Avenue School. We went through Virginia Avenue School, Quarles Elementary School and Handley High School together. During my college years, we briefly worked together in the shipping department at O'Sullivan Corporation. I lost touch with her in later years; however, I have thought of her fondly thousands of times. You mother was a very strong lady and had many admirable qualities, especially her dedication to innocence projects. I know she was very proud of each you and loved you very much. You have my sympathies and my prayers for your comfort in this difficult time.

Randy and Laura, I grew up with your mom from middle school through high school. She would pick me up for school many mornings in her red jeep. She would make me laugh so hard and she would comfort me when I was down. She was my refuge so many times, and I truly loved her to no end. when I last saw her, she was deeply entrenched in finding innocence for those she believed in with all her heart. He had a beautiful soul, and my heart breaks that I did not get to see her again. I had no idea that she was ill. You have my heartfelt sympathy and prayer, Randy and Laura. Please know that I am there in spirit with your family today.
