I am so very sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. In the early 80’s I had the pleasure of working with Larry while we were staff members at the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy. I very much enjoyed our times together and I always considered him to be one of the nicest individuals that I knew. God rest his soul.
