Missing my dear cousin Karen and sending out my hugs and prayers to all of her family. Years ago, when I was growing up, my family would drive from Louisiana to Virginia every summer to visit my cousins. Karen had such a contagious laugh and always let me & my brother and sisters tag along on adventures. I have vivid memories of going to Horseshoe Curve in Pennsylvania and of welcoming baby Beth into the family! Loved playing under the weeping willow tree too. Sending comfort and hugs to all my Virginia family and may Karen rest in peace.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

To Tommy and family , OMG, what can say? I can not begin to tell you how sorry I am to hear of Karen's passing. I like to consider Karen one of my best friends. She was always there for me when I needed her in the early years. She took care of my kids day and night when I had to work. She got them to do things I never could. She cut and permed my hair when I didn't have money for a salon. The both of you helped me move more times than I care to count. Then when I got remarried, if it wasn't for Karen I would have lost my mind that day. She jumped right in and did the girls hair and made sure the reception ran smoothly. Over the last few years we kinda didn't stay in touch as much as I would have liked to. We would run into each other at Wal Mart and it was just like old times. We would always say we need to get together sometime but we never did. That's going to be my biggest regret. We watched each others kids grow up, go off and get married, and have kids of their own. I love you Karen and you will be greatly missed. You were a wonderful wife and the best mom and grandma. To the family, my prayers go out to you. All my love, Linda

I have only known Karen for a little over 3 years and felt I have known her forever. She welcomed us into her family as soon as we met her and Tom. Now we are in-laws and couldn't ask for a better family to be related too. I will miss her dearly and our conversations about our kids. She was a wonderful and loving person. May she be flying high with her mom and looking down on us all. Love You Karen.
