Judith Ann Mohr, 74 of Front Royal, VA passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Judy was born in 1947 in White Plains, NY to the late Jack and Jennie Grellner. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing and served our country as 1st Lieutenant in the United States Air Force, stationed at Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews Air Force Base. Judy retired as a pediatric nurse at Warren Memorial Hospital and was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Front Royal. She loved gardening, animals (especially birds) and creating ceramic pieces that she gave as gifts. Judy was a CPR Instructor for the American Heart Association and did administrative work for Shenandoah Farms Volunteer Fire Department. She enjoyed watching her grandson play sports, her family was very important to her. Judy was a wonderful cook and her family always looked forward to her holiday cooking.
Judy married Steven Arthur Mohr on April 17, 1971 at Andrews Air Force Base.
She is survived by her husband Steven, sons; Robert Mohr (Etsuko) of Zama, Kanagawa, Japan, Michael Mohr (Jessica) of Front Royal, VA and Chris Mohr (Sarah) of Stephens City, VA; grandchildren, Ben, Sakura, Garrett, Marley, Blake and Clifton; sister, Jeanette Birmingham (Thomas) of Silver Springs, MD.
A visitation will be Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 3pm to 5pm with a service at 4:30pm, all held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
