Joseph Thomas Louzonis, Jr., 87 of Stephenson, VA, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center.

Joe was born in 1937 in Worcester, MA, the son of the late Joseph Thomas Louzonis, Sr. and Helen Louzonis. He was a graduate of Millbury High School in Millbury, MA and served our country in the United States Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Joe worked and retired from working for the US Government as a Supervisory Operations Specialist. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Winchester. Joe was a member of the Moose Lodge and Knights of Columbus. He loved to golf, especially at Bowling Green Country Club, and most of all loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He married Darlene Lorraine Hilleary on January 9, 1965. in Millbury, MA and she preceded him in death on May 26, 2023.

Joe is survived by his daughters, Christina Marie Louzonis of Suffolk, Va, Julianne “Julie” Leslie Louzonis (Tony Amick) of Winchester, VA; sons, Joseph Thomas Louzonis, III of Bealton, VA, Matthew John Louzonis (Jill Paoletti), of Fairfax, VA; grandchildren, Gage Miller, Noah Louzonis, Hannah Miller, Sydney Louzonis, Payton Mees (Alex) and Matthew Louzonis.

Along with his parents and wife, Joe is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Louzonis.
