A supreme Newsletter Editor, Air Force mate, Car counter/organizer, Mr Computer man, Marksman, Gentle Soul and he was my friend. He always had a kind word. He'd always ask me if I sold any swing sets that day...our code to me did I sell any real estate so that I could take off that dinner we were eating off on my taxes...he was always thinking. Very bright and again, one gentle soul. We will meet again young man and yes, even take a ride...I miss you Joe...

I miss Joe already, he was not only a friend to GWRRA but to all those who new him personally, he was the kindest man who always gave you his attention. We rode together for Chapter rides, Ice Cream rides, etc. He was always a worker for the Chapter and for anyone who would ask him to help them.
