Jerry Wayne Canfield, Sr., 73 of Winchester, VA, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center.

Jerry was born in 1951 in Front Royal, VA, the son of the late Floyd and Edith Canfield. He served our country in the United States Army. Jerry enjoyed shooting pool and woodworking and being a member of the Eagles Lodge.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Robin, whom he married on September 22, 1990, daughter, Brandy Spaid (Matt) of Strasburg, VA, son, Jerry Canfield, Jr. (Melissa) of Winchester, VA; grandchildren, Michael White (Kali), Melanie Rice (Dillon), Isaac Spaid, Sam Spaid; great-grandchildren, Ava Marie White, John Thomas Rice and brothers, Jim and Bill Canfield.

Along with his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

A gathering of family and friends will be held for Jerry on Friday, December 20, 2024, from 5pm to 7pm at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Jerry at a later date.
