Jeremy Lee Brown, Sr.

Jeremy Lee Brown, Sr., age 34, died Friday, August 12, 2011, in Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Brown was born in 1977, in Winchester, Virginia, the son of Willie C. and Cynthia Brown of Clear Brook, Virginia. He was a 1997 graduate of James Wood High School. Jeremy was employed by Newell-Rubbermaid in Winchester. Mr. Brown was an avid hunter and fisherman. .

He married Amanda J. Miller on April 17, 2004, in Winchester, Virginia.

He leaves to cherish in addition to his parents and wife, three daughters, Mariah T. Brown of Stephens City, Virginia, Jaden S. Brown and Jamya L. Brown of Bunker Hill, West Virginia; one son, Jeremy Lee Brown, Jr. of Bunker Hill, West Virginia; two brothers, Tyson L. Brown and wife, Stephanie, of Clear Brook, Rodney D. Brown and wife, Stephanie, of Ashburn, Virginia; one niece, Brianna Brown of Cumberland, Maryland; grandmother, Geraldine Brown of Williamston, North Carolina; paternal great grandmother, Elizabeth Brown of Williamston, North Carolina; in-laws and second parents, Steve and Laurie Miller of Stephenson, Virginia; his “little sis, Twana Curry of Winchester, Virginia; his “big sis”, Donna Buchanan of Orlando Florida; his “little brother”, Richard “Mouse” Myers; mother-in-law, Kathy Miller, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Roscoe and Frances Myers, and his paternal grandparents, Flora Alleyne and Willie C. Brown, Sr.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday, at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel, with Pastor Delbert Hicks officiating. Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park, Frederick County, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be Ashley Hoover, Randy Raugh, Cory Willis, Richard “Mouse” Myers, Coy Curry, Gregory Mathes, Sr. and Dexter Jones.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, from 6:00-8:00 PM, at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.
