Well, just seen this . God Bless Dr Bob. I worked for him in the early 1990's at Bendix in Columbia MD. He took me under his wing kind as a new technician. I had just changed careers after working at Bethlehem Steel Shipyard. He taught me great things and turned me onto Rush Limbaugh, even let me come over to his home with his family and watch Rush's show on TV; that all changed my life. I'm sad to see Dr passed but know he's in a good spot with the God of the universe!

Tracy,.......,I was stunned and heartbroken to read your email. It is time to mail Bob's birthday card (late as usual) and now I don't know how to get it up to Heaven. I imagine he is up there soaring through Paradise. He is in a good place while you are grieving. I am thankful that he did not have to endure months of pain. Bob was always my favorite Collier man and I am so grateful that I was able to know his humor and great intellect. And I am so glad that he married are a treasure. I wish I could be there with you. I will try to watch the website service. I'll write more about Phil in an email. Love, Virginia

Tracy, I hardly know where to start, I have too many fond memories of Bob and of both of you together. He was an inspiration to me early in my career and in life: always be curious and look for opportunities to learn, it'll keep you young, and so he was perpetually youthful in that way to me and I loved that about him. He never stopped working for whatever cause or purpose he felt was just, another important lesson (never give up!). He was a class act through and through, my heart goes out to you and the rest of the Collier family.
