Irma R. Leshinski, 90, formerly of West Chester and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019, at Spring Arbor Assisted Living in Winchester, Virginia.
Mrs. Leshinski was born in 1928 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Carmen and Mary Ragnelli. She graduated from Girls High in Philadelphia. Mrs. Leshinski worked as a sales clerk at Strawbridge and Clothiers in Philadelphia. She was a polling official in Chester County, Pennsylvania, an avid Philadelphia sports fan, loved to watch the Mummers Parade, and enjoyed reading. Mrs. Leshinski was a member of The Church of Saint Benedict Catholic Church in Mohnton, Pennsylvania.
Her husband, Robert W. Leshinski, whom she married on July 4, 1949 in Hudson, Pennsylvania preceded her in death in 2009.
Surviving is a daughter, Ann Leshinski Miller; grandchildren, Jennifer Miller Mesich (Patrick), David R. Miller, and Steven R. Miller (Lisa); great grandchildren, Katherine, Josephine, Paige, and Lukas Mesich and Baby Beau Miller is on the way.
Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a son, Robert W. Leshinski, Jr.; son-in-law, Randall Miller; and sister, Emily DiRenza.
A funeral mass will be conducted at 11 am on Tuesday, June 4th, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Winchester, Virginia. Interment will be at 11 am on Wednesday, June 5th, in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, 1600 Sproul Road, Springfield, Pennsylvania. A fellowship luncheon will follow the interment at The Porch at the Lamb Restaurant, Springfield, Pennsylvania.
