Hazel Jenkins-Archambault, 90, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021 in Winchester Medical Center.

Hazel was born in 1930 in Rural Retreat, Virginia, daughter of the late Bernard B. and Lillie B. Cressel.  Hazel owned a restaurant, Hazel’s Carry Out, in Herndon, Virginia that she operated for 20 years before her retirement.  She was a member of Shenandoah Farms Baptist Church in Front Royal where she was involved in various activities.  Hazel loved to cook, work in her flower garden, bowl and watch WWF Wrestling.

Hazel married Wilfred Joseph Archambault on October 14, 1999 in Front Royal, Virginia.  He preceded her in death in 2020.  Her first husband, Robert L. Jenkins, preceded her in death in 1996.

Hazel is survived by her daughters Patricia Ann Bauer of Front Royal, Virginia and Janie Cunningham of Leesburg, Virginia; her son, Steven Alfred Cressel of Rural Retreat, Virginia; 10 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 11 great-great Grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husbands, Hazel is preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Hall, Roxie Hubbler, Ruby Thomas, Donna Lamhan, and Lynn Taylor; and her brothers, William, Arthur, Jim and Hobert Cressel.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 14^th beginning at 11:00 AM at Shenandoah Farms Baptist Church with the service beginning at 12:00 PM with Pastor Brownlow officiating.  Entombment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum.
