Francine M. Tingley, 56 of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Winchester Medical Center.
Francine was born in 1962 in West Virginia, daughter of the late Blaine and Addie Channell. She enjoyed the outdoors, was a loving mother and grandmother who also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving is a daughter, Kathy Tingley of Bluemont, Virginia and a son, Jamie Tingley of Alabama; grandchildren, Tara, Logan, and Rozalyn Tingley of Alabama; Kaelyn Tingley and Grant Wright of
Bluemont, Virginia; father of her children, James Tingley; and her very best friend, Diana Shockley.
