Felix G. Scott
Felix G. Scott, 71, of Winchester, Virginia, died Sunday, March 23, 2014, in his home.
Mr. Scott was born in 1943, in Sherwood Content, Trelawney, Jamaica, the son of the late Zechariah and Georgiana Scott. Throughout his lifetime he was employed in many positions including farm laborer, picker, construction laborer and shift worker with several local fruit produce companies.
Surviving him are three daughters, Pamella of Kingston, Jamaica, Willette of Montego Bay, Jamaica and Marcia, of Falmouth, Jamaica; sons, Franklin and Denton, of Sherwood Content, Jamaica, and Desmond of Kingston; 15 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and sisters, Eatlyn, Govern and Veronica, all of Jamaica.
Mr. Scott is preceded in death by three brothers, Lorenza, Raphael and Darius.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Pastor Eric Farrell officiating. Interment will be private.

Mr. Scott was known by family and friends to be one to “step up” and help others in need throughout the community and neighborhood and will be sorely missed. – Thank you Felix.
