Betty was born on April 7, 1951 in Mississippi to the late Taylor and Eleanor Quinn. She spent most of her life living in and around Northern Virginia, finally settling in Front Royal to be near her son. She enjoyed working with children, reading, and cats.

No service is planned. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Warren County Senior Center, 1217 Commonwealth Avenue, Front Royal, Virginia 22630.
