Dougie was born in Winchester, VA on September 1, 1977 the son of Douglas Breeden, Sr. and Bobbie Jo Dent O’Rourke.

Dougie is survived by his parents; son, Wyatt Grant Breeden of Winchester, VA; sisters, Jessica Bailey (Tom) of Chesapeake, VA, Melanie Solomon (James) of Fredericksburg, VA; brothers, David Breeden (Charissa) of Winchester, VA, Herbie Shaffer (Jeanette) of Gilbert, AZ and Jeromy Shaffer of Inwood, WV.

Services for Dougie will be private.

He was a good man and he was so sweet I'm sorry that he has passed away he was a dear friend of mine and I thought him as a a brother

It saddens me to hear of your passing Doug. My memories of you were always positive, You were such a unique soul on this planet. All the times you would drive us around in your car because we were too young to have a license, blaring your awesome music collection and doing donuts in random parking lots in the early am hours, it was a blast. Then as i got older I would always run into you in the most random places. You had a one of a kind sense a humor and goofy smile that was so contagious. Those encounters always brightened my day. I hope we run into each again on the other side man.

Doug, I will always remember the good times...riding our bikes all day long, camping, sled riding, playing in the creek, eating dirt dogs at the races, playing video games, riding the 4 wheeler, putting up with your mean cat, Linda, which who names a cat Linda??, building forts, playing war...those were the good times. Thank you for the memories.
