            David Lee Funkhouser, 59, of Winchester, Virginia, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015, in Winchester Medical Center.

            David was born in 1956, in Portsmouth, VA, the son of Dr. Donal A. and Chrystal C. Funkhouser, of Winchester.  He worked in social services for the City of Winchester. David was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.

            In addition to his parents, David is survived by two brothers, Steven and Bradley Funkhouser.

            All services will be private.
