Danial Gradey Mitchell

Mr. Danial Gradey Mitchell, 59, of Dale City, VA, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010 in Potomac Hospital in Prince William, VA.

Mr. Mitchell was born in 1950 in Washington D.C., the son of the late Clarence Dewey and Margaret Louise Mitchell. He was retired as a jeweler for Dahl Jewelers. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, having served in Vietnam and was a member of the V.F.W.

He is survived by four sons, Danial “Danny” Mitchell of Stephens City, VA, Roger Mitchell and Nathan Buccino, both of Fredericksburg, VA and Anthony Morris; two grandchildren, Danial Mitchell III of Stephens City and Jean Paul Morris of Richmond, VA; two sisters, Kitty Smith and Joan Mitchell, both of Fairfax, VA; and three brothers, Dennis Mitchell, Mike Mitchell and Deve Mitchell, all of Fairfax, VA.

A funeral service will be conducted at a later date. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery.

Local arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
