What a shock to learn of Dale's passing. I have known Dale since the mid 70s when we became friends at Frederick County Jr High School and continued on to James Wood High School. Those of us who had the privilege of knowing Dale, know that she was, indeed, a "jokester"! Her enthusiasm for life and her humor were infectious and her laugh was unmistakable. My sincerest condolences to her family.
