Joe and Kathy Davis left a message on January 27, 2016:
Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family of Corey Smith. Such a handsome, young, thoughtful young man. Corey and our son, JB, were great friends, spending time at Musselman High School, graduating together, taking classes at James Rumsey and working together at Tri County Rental. When we heard the news that Corey was sick, it just didn't seem real. We had just seen him at Christmas when he stopped by our house to visit. His smile was always warming and inviting. It will never make sense why he had to leave us at such a young age, but we are sure there must be greater plans for Corey than him being here with us. Keeping everyone in our prayers during this diffucult time of sorrow.
Dan and Sheryl Hesse left a message on January 26, 2016:

Pastor Ken Gooch left a message on January 26, 2016:
I hardly know what to say or how to start. Corey and I worked together at Tri-County Rental and what a fine young man he was! Bright, congenial, positive, caring and always helpful. Corey did his work well, with care and proficiency and always seemed to have a great attitude! I got a text from him on January 6 asking me to pray for him. I added him to our churches prayer list and sent him some things that I had hoped would help him as he confronted this disease. There really are no words that can be said to comfort, only God can provide that which is necessary to endure this time. Please know that Corey was a fine young man who made a great impression everywhere he went. We will keep the family in our prayers for the next months. Please know that if there is anything that we can do to encourage, to help, to comfort... please, please let us know. May the power of the Holy Spirit of the Almighty God, our heavenly Father and the knowledge of the hope we have in Christ Jesus be sufficient for each of you through this time and the years to come, where you will remember and cherish the blessing of Corey's life.
