Charlotte M. Levi, 88, of Frederick County, Virginia passed away Monday, March 26, 2018, at Winchester Medical Center.
Mrs. Levi was born in 1929 in Frederick County, Virginia, the daughter of the late Lorilla and Leonard Brown, Sr. She was a graduate of John Handley High School, Class of 1947. Mrs. Levi was an assistant manager in the banking industry. She was a member of the Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge, Winchester Civic League, and the Eagles. Mrs. Levi loved to cook and bake; especially her rum cake and applesauce cake and enjoyed watching cooking shows. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
Mrs. Levi married Thomas Levi on May 28, 1960 in Winchester, Virginia.
Surviving with her husband is a sister, Teresa A. Brown of Winchester, Virginia. She was preceded in death by a brother, Leonard W. Brown, Jr.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 11 am to 12 pm on Tuesday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with a mass to follow at 12 pm. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Winchester, Virginia.
