Charles W. Coulter
Charles William “Bill” Coulter, age 66, of Stephens City, Virginia, died Saturday, September 17, 2011, in Blue Ridge Hospice Residential Center.
Mr. Coulter was born in 1945, in Arlington, Virginia, the son of the late Ernest William and Virginia Mae Coulter. He was a graduate of Linden Hall Military School of Northern Virginia. He was employed at Charles’s Barber Shop in Dun Loring, Virginia, retiring in 2005. He was a member of the Vienna Moose Lodge and the Civil War Re-Enactment for the Battle of Cedar Creek. He was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving are his daughter, Shelley M. Tucker and her husband, Cameron M. of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; three grandchildren, Peyton, Parker, and Pressley Tucker, all of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; a brother, Robert W. Coulter of Stephens City, Virginia; and nieces and nephews, Margo Spencer, Susan Ray, Michael Spencer, and Kelly Smith, all of Northern Virginia.
A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, September 24, 2011, at 1:00 PM, at National Memorial Park, Falls Church, Virginia. Interment will be in National Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 23, 2011, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel, Winchester, Virginia.
