Charles has been in our Valley Health work family for 40 years and shared lots of great memories . He was a good sport when we had our Christmas parties at the Stewart St site. As a participant in the Dating game and other skits, his humor and fun demeanor was evident. He was a devoted and loyal employee who will be missed! In May, 2013 Charles joined Mama's family and was a loving husband to Lilli. He looked out for Mama, Judy Snyder and Alma "Mom" Sis Gaunt , when they needed his kindness, compassion and TLC. All of Mama's family will miss him and send love and heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. Yes... it takes a long time to grow an old friend !!!!! Rest In Peace ! Fondly "Max / Mackie" Kerns
