Carter B. Foulds
Mr. Carter Bruce Foulds, age 56, of Winchester, VA, died Sunday, June 2, 2013, at Blue Ridge Hospice Residential Center. Mr. Foulds was born in 1956 in Washington, DC, the son of the late Henry Edward and Edna Lorraine Foulds. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. He was an attorney and the Deputy Public Defender in Winchester, VA. Mr. Foulds was a member of First United Methodist Church, an adult leader for Boy Scout Troop #2, and a member of Winchester Umpires Association.
He married Carol Ann Petravage on April 26, 1986 in Annandale, VA.
Surviving with his wife are three sons, Thomas Carter Foulds, Henry Connor Foulds, and Daniel Peter Rhys Foulds, all of Winchester, VA, a sister, Susan Foulds of New York, NY, and a brother, Henry Eliot Foulds of Dedham, MA.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 8, at First United Methodist Church, 308 N. Braddock St., Winchester, Va., with Reverend William White officiating. Interment will be private.
