Rest in peace Betty. We worked together for many years at JC Penneys. Although I hadn't seen her in years, I thought of her often. My prayers go out to her family. God bless....

Aww Betty I was saddned to read you had passed. What wonderful memories I have of you and us, I will cherish them forever. I first met you at Snelling and Snelling, you certainly prevented Mr. Weakly from firing me. He thought I spent too much time on the phone so you'd clear your throat to alert me. How we laughed. I didn't stay there long and proceded to JCPenney's to start my career. I thought you'd be a perfect fit there and called you right away. You started a couple of days later and our fun began! Through out the years we shared many joys, some tears but mostly smiles and laughs. We ate lunch together many times during work, which always required a prayer and when asked by you once to say the prayer, I stumbled and said the only thing I could remember......God is good, God is great, thank you for the food we're about to eat. There was a silence, I could here criketts and thought oh no! When you burst out laughing I almost fell out of my chair! You were a bridesmaid in my wedding and remember us hanging the wedding dress is a spare bedroom of yours, it looked like a ghost. Later you told me you had forgotten it was in there and scared yourself silly. You were the only one who could sell one of my houses. How we talked and laughed and cried and then laughed some more catching up. Aww how you have given me a lifetime of beautiful memories to cherish. You are a true gem Betty and I will continue to smile everytime I think of you, which is often. God Bless you! My thoughts and prayers to all of the family, Robin
