Betty Ann Jones Gealy Parker, 75, of Stephens City, Virginia, died Monday, August 24, 2015, at Winchester Medical Center.
Mrs. Parker was born in 1940, in Canton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Everett C. and Bertha J. Jones. She was a graduate of Springfield High School in Springfield, Ohio, Class of 1958. Mrs. Parker was an office manager for the Hardware Supply Company. She was of the Baptist faith and very spiritual. Mrs. Parker watched Evangelists on TV and made numerous donations to many of them. She also enjoyed dancing.
She married Major Roy Irven Parker (Ret., USMC) on January 29, 2008, in Winchester, Virginia.
Surviving with her husband are her daughters, Shelly Siegenthaler (Bill) of Akron, Ohio, Jennifer Saxe (Chad Wilby) of Woodbridge, Virginia, Kimberly Wolford (Charlie Benson) of Dallas, Texas; son, Timothy Wolford (Becky) of Dallas, Texas; stepdaughters, Kathryn Elms (Duane), Valerie Allard (Chris) of Sanford, Florida, Karrie Arcuri (Tom) of Raleigh, North Carolina; step son, Richard Parker of Lake Ridge, Virginia; grandchildren, Melissa, Brandon, Dollie Lynn, Logan; great grandchildren, Colton, Jaxson; step grandchildren, Bonnie Marie, Jon, Katie, P.J., Vincent, Nick; step great grandchildren, Assem, Marleigh and Parker; her sister, Dorothy J. Warren of Dallas, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Three sisters, Polly Lamb, Kathy Motz, Helen Hickerson and one brother, Al Jones, preceded her in death.
A graveside service will be conducted at a later date at Greenlawn Cemetery in Uniontown, Ohio.
